A place to lay my head

I prayed. I need to have a place of my own. With the many obstacles, it seems daunting.

At the National Rally, government restricts people who own both a flat and a private property to own only the private asset! This means there will be more rejected flats.

And in the news, it was reported that

Another 1,624 units spread over 10 non-mature estates will be available under the Sale of Balance Flats (SBF) exercise.

The estates include Bukit Batok, Hougang and Woodlands.

The units range from two-room to executive flats.

A four-room flat under the SBF is priced between S$190,000 and S$380,000.
