After a hard day's sleep

Woke up to find work still untouched. Where are the fairies who do work while we sleep?

Stepped out to run errands instead. And of course, have a good breakfast :)

Dressing Table organised

My dressing table

This is how I used the two tier opaque containers from Muji.

The bottles which could be laid flat are the face mist sprays. They won't leak.

organising the dressing table

I came back from China to see my dressing table with a different perspective. I think it can be neater. Hence, I removed all the things on the table and reorganised them :)

I have the use of 4 types of organising trays.

陶身体剧场

Watching a production which is produced by a 4-year-old company. The theme seems to be an honest recalling of the body. 60 minutes without interval.

After a long time of flipping through the programme, I realised the name of the work is '2'. 2 souls in conversation.

What piques my interest is the founder Tao Ye started a new company because he was fed up with the then established Chinese choreographers. This fact is printed in the programme. Hmmm... Honesty?

Laselle showroom for Diploma pieces

Like the display. Though I recognised many similarities of garments I see in Beijing and runway, they did modify the design and their use of cloth really gives the whole garment a flattering look.

Proud of our designers. Good taste :)

A Game of You

I received this disc from the performers at 'A Game of You'. It recorded what I said during the performance.

Although there wasn't a big deal going on in the half hour, I left feeling grateful. A group of 7 people took time to listen to you, to look (or maybe to watch) at you, to cause you to look at yourself and ask you questions. Few people in life take time to look, to listen, to want to be with you... I mean genuinely. Being with you without an attempt to fill up their own loneliness, or just plainly wanting to know you...

Thank you for seeing me...
