Bryiani and Ginger Tea

When mutton is placed in the yellow rice full of Ghee to cook, the beautiful mutton bryiani is made.

My taste buds went through a rare journey of spices as I savour the rice.

Oh, but the adventure truly began when I surveyed the cup of Ginger Tea. Do you drink from the lower vessel or the inner cup?

And I asked for instructions from other patrons. And as instructions was misunderstood, I drank from the lower vessel, the cooling agent!

Later, through a friend, I learnt the art:
Let the batch in the outer one cool, then pour into the cup and drink.
